Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
By using ihateimg.cv, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
ihateimg.cv provides free, browser-based image tools — conversion, compression, resizing, cropping, watermarking and similar utilities. Every tool runs client-side in your browser; we do not receive, store, or have access to the files you process. There is no account system and no payment involved.
Acceptable use
You're responsible for the files you process and how you use the output. Don't use this site to process, generate, or distribute content that is illegal, infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights, or that you don't have the legal right to modify. Tools like the watermark or signature utilities are meant for content you own or are authorised to edit — not for removing copyright or attribution notices you don't have the right to remove.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Output quality (compression ratio, trace fidelity, colour accuracy and so on) can vary by browser, device, and source file, and we make no guarantee about the result any specific tool will produce.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ihateimg.cv and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools — including, without limitation, loss of data, lost files, or lost profits. Since processing happens entirely in your own browser, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of any original files before editing them.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, or remove tools, and may modify or discontinue the site at any time, without notice. We'll try not to break links people rely on, but we don't guarantee any tool or page will remain available indefinitely.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code, and written content belong to its operator. Files you process through the tools remain entirely yours — we never receive them, so we have no claim over them whatsoever.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
