Add watermark
Place text or a logo, and control opacity and position.
How to use Add watermark
- Drop your images onto the upload area, click to browse, or paste from the clipboard.
- Type your watermark text and pick its colour, or upload a logo instead.
- Choose a position, then adjust the size, margin and opacity with the sliders.
- Pick an output format under Save as, then click Apply watermark.
- Download each image, or click Download all to save every watermarked file as a zip.
A text watermark is the fastest option — type what you want (a name, a copyright line, a site URL) and it's drawn straight onto the photo. A logo watermark uses an image of your own instead, ideally a PNG with a transparent background so it sits on the photo cleanly rather than showing a coloured box around it.
Position is a 9-point grid rather than free dragging, which is enough control for the vast majority of watermark placements — corners for a subtle mark, centre for something you actually want noticed. Size, margin from the edges and opacity are all set as a percentage of the photo's own dimensions, so one setup works consistently across a batch of differently-sized photos rather than only looking right on one.
Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded, so there's no per-file limit. Set up the watermark once and apply it to the whole batch together.
Questions
Can I use a transparent logo?
Yes — a PNG with a transparent background is the ideal logo watermark, since only the actual mark shows rather than a solid box around it. Opacity applies on top of that, so a semi-transparent logo can also blend with the photo underneath.
Will the watermark be the same relative size across different photos?
Yes — size, margin and position are all set as percentages of each photo's own width, not fixed pixels, so a batch of photos in different resolutions all end up with a proportionally consistent watermark.
Can I drag the watermark to an exact spot?
No — placement uses a 9-point grid (corners, edges, centre) rather than free positioning. Combined with the margin setting, that covers the placements most watermarks actually use.
Can I watermark a lot of photos at once?
Yes — drop in as many as you like, set the watermark up once, and apply it to the whole batch in one go.
Are my images uploaded anywhere?
No. The watermark is drawn entirely in your browser — the files never leave your device.
