Photo & signature joiner
Merge photo and signature into one image for IBPS and SBI forms.
Output: 0×…px JPG, under 50KB — the whole photo, uncropped, at whatever aspect ratio it already has.
How to use Photo & signature joiner
- Drop your passport-style photo into the Photo box.
- Drop your scanned signature into the Signature box.
- Drag the signature into place on the photo, and drag its corner handle to resize it.
- Set the output width in pixels and the target size in KB.
- Click Merge & download.
IBPS, SBI and several other Indian bank recruitment forms don't take your photo and signature as two separate uploads — they want both merged into one file, under a specific size limit. Upload your photo, upload your signature, then drag the signature anywhere onto the photo to position it exactly where you want.
The full photo is always shown, never cropped — resize the signature with the slider and drag it into place, near the bottom the way most forms expect, or anywhere else your form's layout needs.
Set a target file size in KB and the download is compressed to land just under it — most of these forms cap the combined file at 50KB.
Questions
What output width should I use?
It defaults to your photo's own full resolution, so the download stays sharp. If your specific form asks for a small fixed size (IBPS/SBI-style forms often want around 200px wide), type that into the width field — file size is controlled separately by the KB target, so shrinking the width isn't what keeps it small. Height always follows your photo's own aspect ratio, so nothing gets cropped or padded to hit an arbitrary shape.
Why is the output always a JPG?
Every form that asks for a combined photo-and-signature upload specifies JPG — so that's the only format this tool produces.
Can I place the signature anywhere, not just at the bottom?
Yes — it starts centred near the bottom of the photo, but you can drag it to any position before downloading.
Is my photo or signature uploaded anywhere?
No. Both images are merged directly on a canvas in your browser and never leave your device.
