Photo collage

Arrange several photos into one grid.

How to use Photo collage

  1. Drop your photos onto the upload area.
  2. Choose the number of columns and the gap between photos in pixels.
  3. Pick a background colour and an output format.
  4. Click Create collage and download the result.

This lays your photos out into an even grid and flattens them into a single image — useful for a set of event photos, a before-and-after pair, or a simple product grid, without opening a design tool for something this straightforward.

Each photo fills its cell completely rather than being squeezed to fit — cropped (centred) to match the cell's square shape first, the same technique the social media resizer uses, so nothing looks stretched. Reorder photos with the arrows next to each one before creating the collage; the order shown is the order they're placed in, left to right, top to bottom.

Everything runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded, so there's no limit on how many photos you combine. Set the columns, spacing and background once and download a single flattened image.

Questions

Will my photos look stretched in the grid?

No — each photo is cropped (centred) to fill its square cell rather than being squashed to fit, the same approach used by the social media resizer.

Can I control the order the photos appear in?

Yes — use the up and down arrows next to each photo before creating the collage. The list order becomes the grid order, filling left to right and then row by row.

How many columns can I use?

1 to 4. Rows are added automatically to fit however many photos you've added.

Can I make the gap between photos transparent?

The background fills the gaps and any outer margin with a solid colour — pick white, black or a custom colour. There's no transparent gap option; use PNG output if you need transparency elsewhere in your workflow.

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

No. The collage is drawn entirely in your browser — the files never leave your device.
