How to use Portal presets

  1. Select your exam or portal: IBPS, SBI, SSC, RRB, UPSC, or Custom.
  2. Drop your photo into the Photo section, adjust the crop and click Crop & download.
  3. Drop your scanned signature into the Signature section.
  4. Click Clean & download to get a signature at the portal's exact size and KB limit.

Every recruitment portal publishes its own photo and signature rules in a slightly different place, in a slightly different format — some in pixels, some in centimetres, some as a hard ceiling, some as a min-max window. Picking a preset here fills in both panels with that portal's numbers, so there's nothing to look up or convert.

The photo panel crops to the required pixel dimensions and compresses to land inside the size window; the signature panel applies the same background cleanup as the standalone signature tool so it stays crisp instead of turning grey, then compresses to its own window. Both are independent — download whichever one you need.

Every number is editable — if your specific form's instructions differ even slightly from the preset (these do get revised between recruitment cycles), just type in the right value before downloading.

Questions

Where do these numbers come from?

Each portal's own published photo/signature upload instructions for its most recent recruitment cycle. Requirements do shift between cycles, so treat the preset as a strong starting point and double-check against your specific form if anything looks off.

My exam isn't listed — what do I do?

Pick "Custom" and type in your form's exact dimensions and size window — both panels work the same way regardless of which preset filled them in.

Why does the signature panel have a cleanup slider but the photo panel doesn't?

It fixes a JPEG-specific problem where a scanned signature's white background turns blotchy grey at a very small file size — see the standalone signature resizer for the full explanation. Photos don't need it since they're rarely pushed to that tiny a size.

Is my photo or signature uploaded anywhere?

No. Both are cropped and compressed entirely on a canvas in your browser and never leave your device.
