Merge PDF
Combine PDFs into one file, in the order you choose. Runs on your device, nothing is uploaded.
How to use Merge PDF
- 01Drop two or more PDF files onto the upload area.
- 02Drag the cards into the order you want, or use Sort by name. On a phone, use the up and down arrows.
- 03Rotate any file that's sideways, or remove one you don't need.
- 04Click Merge PDF, then Download.
Job applications, exam forms and visa portals often want a single PDF: your marksheets, ID and certificates in one file. Merging them usually means uploading private documents to a website you know nothing about. Here the merge happens on your own device instead.
Each PDF is opened in your browser with pdf-lib, its pages are copied into a new document in the order you set, and the result is saved straight to your downloads. Text stays selectable, links and page sizes are kept, and nothing is re-compressed, so the merged file is about the size of the originals added together.
Every file shows a thumbnail of its first page and its page count, so it's easy to check the order before you merge. There's no limit on how many files you add; the practical ceiling is your device's memory.
Questions
Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?
No. The files are read and merged inside your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server.
Is there a limit on files or pages?
No set limit. A phone handles a few hundred pages comfortably; very large merges are better done on a computer.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, without re-rendering, so text, images and links stay exactly as in the originals.
Can I merge a password-protected PDF?
Not yet. Remove the password first, then merge. The tool tells you which file is protected.
Can I change the order of pages inside a file?
This tool orders whole files. To rearrange single pages, merge first and then use Organize PDF pages on the result.
